I have looked into this for you, and this page has not been available for several years. The page titled “Glossary of Terms” was published on an older version of the SPSO website. When there was a refresh of the SPSO website in 2013, information from the Glossary of Terms page was moved to various other sections of the site including (but not limited to):

Accountability Scotland have been checking this web site using http://www.brokenlinkcheck.com and have been taking urgent action to resolve broken links. We also ran it on the SPSO's web site and found too many broken links .... for the free version.
